England, Scotland, or Wales may take 2-3 days to arrive.

day of order placement, provided it is placed before our daily cut-off time,
excluding weekends and public holidays.
2.2 Shipping Method: We will select the most appropriate
shipping method based on the nature of the products and delivery location. Our
standard shipping service ensures next-day delivery for orders within the UK
mainland, subject to availability and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Timeframe
3.1 Estimated Delivery Time: For orders within the UK
mainland, we aim to deliver your order the next day after processing. However,
please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product
availability, supplier availability, and unforeseen events.
3.2 Delivery Window: Orders will typically arrive between
8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available
at the delivery address to sign for the order during this time.
4. Minimum Order and Small Order Charge
4.1 Minimum Order: We have a minimum order requirement of
£50 for all purchases.
4.2 Small Order Charge: Orders below £50 will be subject to
a small order charge of £4.99 to cover processing and handling costs.
5. Supplier Direct Orders
Some orders may be fulfilled directly by our suppliers. In
such cases, delivery times and availability may be subject to change or delays
based on supplier availability. We will communicate any significant changes or
delays to you as soon as possible.
